Career Goal的short term，long term分别是指多少年？

我觉得short term是指right after graduation~3年
long term是指5~10年

Hey there! While there is no way to make such generalizations…we will try. J Short term means DIRECTLY out of school. So your FIRST job after graduating, THAT would be your short term goal. Long term means 20 years out of school—the job that you would describe as “the pinnacle” of your career. The best, coolest job that you could ever see having once you are grown up. 20 years out, 30 years out…or if you plan to retire early, the job that you will have riiiight before retiring!
