应该是

UP,想了半天，没分词跳跃修饰的，妥妥的选了个which..表示此题出的真好！

我个人觉得加了逗号有问题。不加逗号，分词结构肯定做定语修饰consortium,加了逗号，有作状语向后修饰Integrate的歧义。
