请教GWD21-19关于regardless of

答案是A，不知regardless of 可否存在逻辑主语的问题，如果存在我觉得应该是non-australians但是选项是objects。BED都没什么问题，如果E选项不是最后不是from when表述的不好，还有什么理由排除呢？

这里我觉得不是structures被connected修饰，而是connected rooms ，并且rooms 有超过75种结构，a scale of才是搭配，至于正常语序的句子还没看明白……不是N人的说……

能请教一下为什么 their 后面的form 和function是单数而非复数呢
