The admission committee has reviewed your application and is intended to recommend you an admission offer to the MSc (Econ) program.
Before we further proceed to make the recommendation, we would like to know your intention to accept our offer. It is important for us to know your will as the application pool is large this year and quite a number of them are well satisfied our admission requirements. Due to the limited class size, we could only select those who perform pretty well academically in this round. To shorten the waiting time for candidates who are still in the waiting list, we would like to know your intention at this stage.
Grateful if you could let us know whether or not you are willing to accept our offer by return on or before 29 Feb 2012. The program would proceed to recommend you an offer if a positive response has been received and it would usually take a week or so from the reply deadline for the official offer to be issued. In case we do not hear from you on or before the aforementioned date, we would assume that you are not intended to take our offer and hence no offer would be made to you.

这是不是指只要我说我要去，他们就录我咯呢？
话说本来准备从咯RSM(荷兰鹿特丹管理学院的金融与投资专业的)，现在又来了一个这个我彻底纠结咯。。。
跪求各位，哪一个比较好呢？
