我错选了D，大全附的解释看不懂，我在网上搜了之后弄明白了！
首先这个句子的结构是这样的：尽管it很具有吸引力， investing abroad can still pose big risks, 从XXXX in some countries to XX and XX in others。这个句子可以不通过理解只看句子的结构就可以判断。由于XXXX后面已经有了 in some countries，为了对比，那后面的XX1和XX2肯定是平行的，而且为了平行好看那么in others一定要放在最后！
