sell的含义：
2，to offer something for people to buy
3，to make people want to buy something

我可以基于以上解释把题目理解成这样么：酒被标价卖出，而它们也确实被卖出去了（有人买）？

问个问题...and 是和谁并列呢？为什么用do不用are？？

用do不用are是因为要平行的单词是sell不是are，而sell是不及物动词。
举例，1）They sell all goods for half price today.
2) The wine sells well.

and是表示前后意思平行么？我也不知道，姑且这么认为吧~因为是平行所以前后结构尽量一致，wine对应they，都表示酒。“are priced to sell”对应do(这是怎么个情况？！)，前句说“被标价来卖”，后半句如果用are则意思出错（变成酒确实被标价，无法理解），只能对应sell改成do,表示酒被卖出。

纯属个人理解，你要觉得不对就尽情地笑吧~~~~

我理解应该是“它们被降价销售，而且它们确实被卖出去了”
they=their wine
and 应该不是平行的连接词，应该是“而且”的意思

这道题其实和og 85 有相似点。
以下摘自 Ron：
if you have a parallel construction involving tensed verbs, and the tensed verb is EXACTLY THE SAME in both (or all, if there are more than 2) parts of the construction, then you may omit the verb in all but the first part.
for instance:
the rain was torrential and the wind fierce.
in this case, we're allowed to omit the second 'was', because it's identical to the 'was' in the first part.

而这道题呢就是一个逆过程，它已经做了省略→动词补充出来就必须 exactly the same.

这句话我们可不可以这么来看，and 暗示一种平行结构。
their wines are priced to sell, and they do （sell）.小M上讲说当代词出现在一个平行结构当中时，第二个句子中的代词趋于指代和第一个句子中地位相同的对象，特别是主语的情况。
在这里是符合的。
they 指的是 their wines，并且前面有分号，这个句子相对独立，they 如果指酒商是不合理的，因为代词指代不能 touch inside.
