请问各位NN，A选项错在了哪里呢？A的意思是: in confing babies of times to...baby的muscle development被限制了。完全看不出来错误呀？

网上的解释说in confing修饰muscle development有问题，muscle be inhibited句意不完整，没有表达be inhibited by what。我完全体会不出来。

A选项语义不清，看上去似乎是肌肉发展限制了婴儿很多时间，这显然不是原文想表达的。

我排除A选项因为“，in confining ....and walkers" 在这里是nonessential modifier. 但是如果去掉这部分信息这句话illogical. 至于in confining 我实在是感觉不出来，如果硬要说我个人会改成“by confining”...
