答案是E 我不懂的是为什么这里others指代的是species而不是flies，看了解释还是不大明白。。
那以后做题要如何区分这个呢？

这个要从句子的逻辑意思分析吧。苍蝇更具味道区别不同种类的苍蝇，而不是不同的苍蝇（不同的苍蝇可以是同种的，就像我们按肤色区分不同的人种而不是区别不同的人）

distinguish A from B，这是一个固定搭配
A和B并列，表示同一类事物，且需要区分

这是知道正确答案的情况下只能这么解释咯但如果选的话怎么才能知道选E不是D呢
