为啥B是对的也，主语是rising interest rates这个动名词做主语，谓语动词应该是单数啊。。

LZ:这里应该叫做现代分词做形容词。rising 修饰 rates。rates才是真正的主语。明显的啊

为什么不可以把rising当做动名词，理解为rising Interest rates （这个动作）makes buying more expensive呢？

这里AE的them指代有问题，cd的谓语应该用单数，只有b是没问题的。个人觉得这里rising作为gerund和participle都可以吧，从逻辑意思来理解，做动名词说rising rates这个动作使buying on credit更贵也可以，做participle说一个rsing的rates让buying on credit更贵也可以吧。

还是请高手指教一下。

个人觉得rise是不及物动词，所以 rising interest rates 中的rising只能是adj了，所以中心词是rates 用复数
