Even if Choice(A) had changed "indicates" to "indicate" and by doing so it seems no problem in terms of grammar,Choice(D) is preferred because as usual,"that" is directly followed by indicate to express the content of "findings".A really subtle difference exists that an appositive led by "that" focus more on the content,a way of expression GMAC fonds much.

Some suggestions:

I am using VMware to virtualize an OS(operation system) Ubuntu,a version of linux that contains no chinese input by default,to surf on internet to avoid virus.The software that gives chinese input is not so useful in linux as that in windows,making the speed of typing chinese even slower than that of english.
Also,we are both here to learn english.The best way to master a language is to take it as a part of life and pratise as often as possible.The more we pratise now,the better and more adaptive we will be in future.
Hope my poor english doesn't bore you much~
