总是搞不清楚the same as 前后或者插入到the same 和as 之间的部分的平行关系，望详细解答~谢谢

此处A选项中the civilizations 后面就不用加did和前面的flourished平行么？

the same as是纯粹的比较结构，正如其他比较结构一样，没有一个非常固定的表达方式。完整的模式必然是全部都写出来，但那样会累赘，所以需要依靠原则来进行缩减句子，原则就是“把省略了不影响理解的内容省略”。
at about the same distance and in about the same position as will (pass) Halley’s comet the next time it appears.
状语相同，那么就不用再重复状语，问题就基本上就集中在下面两点，
1. 是否需要补出pass: 因为前面有了pass，同一个动作，只需要补出助动词。
2. 需要补出will: the next time it appears只能做状语，需要有一个修饰动作或整个句子，而如果把will也省略了，那么会让人误解它并不在修饰Halley’s comet，而是直接修饰到前面的passed. -->逻辑混乱了。同时，Halley’s comet的时态并未在其他地方出现过，所以也是需要补出的。
所以D。

第二题选B。way后面是定语从句，定语从句的谓语动词从不省略，与其他两题关系不大。当然也有in the same way as ... 那么此时依然回到比较问题，判断原则与上题相同，后面不一定必须是完整句子。所以in the same way (that)和in the same way as虽然看着像，但是本质上有写不同。这也就造成了有时候我们要选in the same way as而不用in the same way that.

而最后一题，in the Nile Delta and the river valleys of the Tigris and Euphrates可以做定语直接修饰到the civilizations，而且时态与前面也相同，所以省略了 flourished 不要紧。
