求教几个语法点

1.the same……as和the same……that有区别么

2.too……to和so……that表达同一个意思的话是否优选后者

3.whenever和evert time表达同一意思时是否优选前者

the same year that 据说是the same ... that的唯一一种用法(考试范畴)；

too ... to 是太...以至不...；so ... that是太...以至...，两者意思有些差异，但是用法上没有明显优先(个人观点)；

最后一个偶看不懂，抱歉。

第三个我的意思是

比如说两种说法:

1)whenever he laughs, i laugh

2)every time he laughs, i laugh

这两种说法有区别么？比方说语气上？
