答案应该是B，A中they have twice the likelihood中的twice表达意思很模糊，而且这种表达也不及B简洁。

不过我倒没觉得A中twice表达模糊。我只是觉得只有the likelihood of ...和the likelihood that...没有the likelihood to do ..的用法。你觉得呢？
