如果答案肯定在这两个中选，我觉得原文中produces应该被改为produced，然后选B，否则好像没有答案。恭请NN

我觉得是A。 less than....

就象She gave me 10 dollars, less than 30 dollars.一样。这个问题记得以前讨论过。表示数量上大小（且不可分时）时，更经常用less。我觉得从逻辑上，tons和dollars一样，是不可分的数量概念。

我觉得应该是produces, 不是produced. produce应该有产量的意思，从句子的意思上来看，应该是粮食的产量减少到1222吨，而不是粮食减少到1222吨。

如果不是A就是B的话，我同意juan mm的意见。

还有一点疑问想和大家印证一下，我上新东方的时候，老师说fewer一般用于人的数目的比较，不知道大家认为对不对?
