不明白为什么OG讲B项the comparative terms more than should immediately follow $5 a barrel如A项，两者差别在哪？原因在哪？？？

我不知道可不可以怎么理解哈，A 选项说得是他们买crude oil 今年比去年每桶多花了5刀， B是他们买那个crude oil 花了5刀多于去年。那么B选项就有可能有歧义了到底是买那个crude oil 每桶花了5刀然后这个价格是高于去年的价格呢，还是比去年高于5刀的价格每桶买了那关crude oil！我是这么理解的也不知道对不对，望指导~~~~~~

ls说得对。
more than they did可以做attributive modifier（形容词短语）也可以做adverbial modifier（副词短语），放在最后有"refiners支付了5刀每桶，比去年高"的歧义，如果more紧跟5刀每桶，那么more就只能修饰$5 a barrel for，即只有一个意思了：每桶多支付了5刀。

我们一般说的都是more A than b,我记得高中有说过more than是不仅仅，而不存在比较意思
