申的学校一点消息都没，就来了封奇怪的邮件~ 不知道UT Dallas Vaccination Requirement 是个啥? 知道的同学解答下，另外这个和录取有关系么？ 具体内容如下 Effective January 2012, all new students are required to show evidence of being immunized against bacterial meningitis (Texas Education Code 51.9192, Subchapter Z) 10 days before the first day of classes for the term of registration.
To prevent delays in your registration, you must submit documentation of your immunization from an appropriate medical professional to the Office of the Registrar, prior to registration. Documentation must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar or faxed to 972-883-6335.
Please remember, failure to submit the information will result in delays in your registration.
