answer是B，可是cutting costs的主语是谁呢？这里难道是mechanization of farming吗？不是太理解。while是肯定的，可以排除cd，a因为while后面的从句问题也是可以排除的，但是b中cutting的主语我一直不了解。所以我选的时候选的是e。觉得farming mechanization也是可以的吧。

mechanization of farming 是cutting的主语

costs 是复數，要用those instead of "that". in addition, 二楼
的主语解释is right.
