我的问题是D为什么对？including看起来是修饰similarities, 但也可能看作是twins的状语呀？关键是这个逗号让我觉得这题不对。我记得大全中有类似的题目，逗号后用with坐定语修饰前面的名词，会产生歧义-或者做定语，或者坐状语修饰整个句子。
C也有同样问题，that指代不清, similarities or twins。在这种情况下，如何做答呢？

db5288，看起来你举的例子应该是支持我的说法。Participle -ing would normally be expected to modify the first clause。也就是说分词ing通常是修饰前面的句子(如果前面有逗号），但也有可能修饰前面的先行词，而这正是我觉得D有问题的地方。 所以我在C,D中徘徊。
