答案是A。
1。记得以前讨论说a of b that......这样的结构，that从句可以修饰a或b，要按逻辑意思判断，是不是这样的？？？？
2。请问这个题目的B，C，D，E选项错在哪里？

2.b.c不平行. d意思不对. e我认为是正确的, 只是a表达更清晰

E 的 that 太靠近 land 容易誤解
A的to what 容易看出是要表示前面提過的 to communal ownership .....had been... a form of ownership...

land that had been a pre-Columbian form of ownership
的意思是“LAND”曾经是一种土地所有制。

A中的第二个TO
to what had been a pre-Columbian form of ownership respected by the Spaniards
是对第一个TO的补充说明，因为第一个TO的意思没有能够表达充分。

中文意思是：
建议回归到土地的集体所有制，回归到前哥伦布的时期、被西班牙人尊敬的一种土地所有制。

我有不同意见:
e中that从句完全可以跳跃修饰communal ownship,从逻辑上也应这样. 只是靠land太近, 可能造成歧义, 所以不如a好. 若没有a, e应是可以的

(A) land, towhat（= communal ownership） had been a pre-Columbian form of ownership respected by the Spaniards

只有communal ownership才能是a pre-Columbian form of ownership呀

E的that确实有指代错误啊~

按照Gemj大侠的意思，则两个to之间并不是同位语结构，而是相当于是一种并列结构，那么为什么第二个to前没有and之类的连词呢？

如果连并列结构都不是，那第二个to引导的孤零零的介词结构，感觉不能接受。

我的看法是land后面必须是同位语，解释说明communal ownership of land，所以D，E不对，

B，C的“and”明显错，因为违反平行结构，而且意思也不对，原意是“被西班牙人所推崇的土地所有权的前美洲模式”，而B，C把被西班牙人所推崇与土地所有权的前美洲模式并列，该变了意思
