这题答案是D，其他选项错误的原因是it指代的问题。我不明白的地方就是D中，比较的前半部分有谓语和宾语“devastate an area ”，比较的后面难道直接用quake就可以了吗？难道不是应该quake+动词的形式吗？希望NN指点~

1，严格的说，其他错误选项错误的原因都不是it指代的问题，而是逻辑问题
而且B的表达里面it是完全没有任何问题的，是后面那个instead of the west有问题...

2，你的问题里，你忽略了than后面的那个will~~~~
其实这里是省略了will do后面的do.

比如一个人跟另一个人说I will. 的时候，I will已经是一个完整的句子了，因为这里是可以省略I will do xxx的。

2，你的问题里，你忽略了than后面的那个will~~~~
其实这里是省略了will do后面的do.

比如一个人跟另一个人说I will. 的时候，I will已经是一个完整的句子了，因为这里是可以省略I will do xxx的。

it视为精确指代的吧，是逻辑错误，应该不能用it，要指代也只能用代词 that吧。个人观点额。。。。。

逻辑错误和指代不清是有分别的，逻辑错误是说当你把代词所指代的对象（必须有明确对象）代入原句，原句的意思就有逻辑混乱

比如这里，一个地震不可能既发生在东部然后同一个地震又发生在西部

这种类型的题再总结的时候最好视为逻辑错误而非指代错误，因为指代有歧义的选项，比如大全里面的很多，最后是能够视为正确答案的。manhattan的Ron也给了很多例子，如果把逻辑混乱和指代不清混淆，那么做真正的逻辑混乱和真正的指代不清混搭的那种题的时候，很容易排除掉正确答案。

这两类题还是需要自己从OG里面总结出分别的，OG上会有不同的说明。
