我的疑问只有一个，就是这个B选项是否存在run-on 错误?
句子主干是 Deborah Sampson joined the Continential Army in 1782 at the age of 22, was injured three times, while being discharged in 1783 because she had become too ill to serve.

joined和was injured 成了句子里面的两个谓语,两个谓语动词没有连词也没有引导词也没有在并列项中,所以错误.

while being 的错误我已经清楚了~只是OG答案里面并没有提到这个run-on 问题,求解答~~谢谢~

IMO, yes, there is an run-on error, but probably it is not so obvious as the "while being" error.
