求问：
1. 为什么offering和letting不是平行
2. pick the most important to them 中的them是谁？如果是employees的话，用themselves可以吗？

2. 个人感觉是因为Important是形容词，没法指代Benefits。Them可以指代人也可以指代benefit，在本题中them应该指的是employee,所以A选项用those和them来区分benefit和employee

C important后面没有指代如果加上pick those most important to themselves 感觉应该可以

在补一句应该不可以用themselves 因为这样就是公司公司自己选择

不看grammar，根据逻辑来判断，原句逻辑是合理的，所以尽量不要改原文逻辑。
C and letting就是改变了原文的逻辑
