正确答案--E ，我选择了C
OG说equal不能修饰可数名词，那equivalent可以吗？这两个词的区别在哪里啊？还有就是E选项里as many as后面的主语可以省吗？总觉得不是同一群人呐？？C除了修饰错误还有哪里错了？

查过oxford 上面说 equal和equivalent 用作adj.时其实是一个意思，都用来修饰uncountable nouns而 as many as修饰 countable nouns 如 people （c）应该就equal to 有问题，（e）的话应该省略了people，指不同的两类人。求大N指正！！！

C是肯定不对的

c的错误在于 eight million 是不能equal to people的自然也不能equal to those 要写成equal to the number of those 但 equal to也是不能用于可数名词的所以c怎么改都对不了

排除法就只能选e了
