1.为什么这个句子要用虚拟语气呢，我记得虚拟语气不是必须有if的条件句里才能用吗，难道任何地方都能用吗，求解答
2.还有，答案里说e中的it指代不明，那正确答案的b中也有it呀，为什么就不是指代不明呢，请大师指导，最好能把句子结构分析下，翻译一下，谢谢了

1. 好像没这么绝对的吧，感觉逻辑意思上表达过去现在将来的假设情况，就用虚拟语态了呀
2. e中Morocco和Algeria在it之前都出现过，指代不清；而b中it向前只能指代Morocco
