IMO B
ACD很简单排除，注意B和E的差别：and 和 while。
they应该指代fraternal-twin pairs，that引导的从句用单数。

IMO B
ACD很简单排除，注意B和E的差别：and 和 while。
they应该指代fraternal-twin pairs，that引导的从句用单数。

我也想过that定语从句修饰feature.但前面有逗号,不能用that吧.困惑ing.
