答案是C，我想问一下为什么c不好，是不是因为not necessary 不如unnecessary好，还是it指代不清，还是本句选C理解不通

答案是E的 the second好像和前面的the first book不平行啊，我选择的C，虽然平行the first book对应the second one，但是only的位置不好，感觉答案选项都不是很好，本句the second后面省略了one吗？不平行好吗，请高手指教？

20. C不好，原因有如下之一：
1. 逻辑意思不正确。句意应为：进一步调高利率不必要。increases用复数不能准确表达。
2. it would not be necessary for further rate increases 中，或者没有真是主语，或者借此结构作真实主语，都是不妥当的。

22. 用only的位置判断已经足够好。如果觉得悬，可以结合逻辑意思。还不行？翻翻老帖子。

看来新东方总结的only的用法不错,
我就是看到og上的句子才怀疑的,
例如公理说

时候用在only上面好一些呢,我好像没有见过反例
