问题是now viewing the economy as balanced between moderate growth and low inflation这个放在这里不是夹心修饰吗？s,-ving, v+o.为什么ving向前做定语修饰policy makers而不是向后修饰are almost certain to leave interest rates unchanged for the foreseeable future？而且prep里的解释是“viewing做伴随”，还是不太懂。

RON的帖子里是没有将夹心的修饰因为这种说法是不太科学的。但是RON有一块一块仔细的分析题目和选项，看完之后楼主应该意识到，夹心修饰不是问题，句意才是关键呀。

楼主加油，我也走过这种弯路。夹心修饰与否这种形式是对我个人来说没啥大的用处，做到最后还是句意至上。

modifier 的修饰是用就近原理的，这里comma viewing 会向后修饰呢。

退一万步说，Ving 在句首的时候是向后修饰，那这个时候Ving 相后修饰的部分也不是是人而不是 are almost certain to. Viewing 动作的发出者必须要是人把，你向后修饰 are almost 巴拉巴拉你的动作发出这在哪里？还是我没理解你的意思？

向后修饰，后面的句子的主语也是policy maker啊。夹心修饰在og的解释里有出现的，我忘了他们怎么称呼了。我想了一下大概知道为什么不能向后修饰了，因为这里的viewing引导的逻辑上不能做 policy makers are almost certain to leave interest rates unchanged for the foreseeable future（主系表结构）的伴随或结果状语，所以只能作定语向前修饰了
