我的问题是，在主谓宾全的句子里，A属于主语比较，不是需要补出Do么？C属于宾语比较，不是不用补出Do 么？为啥解释是反的？

我理解是不是主语比较不是看more的位置：
A这里显然是主语比较do不能省的，关键是more的位置不对造成句子逻辑不通
C也是主语比较，如果不用do就变成宾语比较就成了books per capita 与people of any other nation之间的数量比较，偏离句子原意。
