答案是C。其他的选项都有错，但我觉得好像没一个对的。请问C中的slow和more rapid是否有点比较上不匹配？

海洋比空气冷时，热传导速度是缓慢的，海洋比空气热时，热传导速度会变得比较快。

没问题的吧...它是比较两种situation下的传导速度。所以一个slow,一个相比之下more rapid逻辑上是合理的。

而且其他几个的错误很致命...

感谢aeoluseros的回复，所以也就是说，逻辑上讲比较的双方一个是原级一个是比较级没错是吧。

如果选项有一个是：the atmosphere is low when ... and rapid when ...呢？

原句：the atmosphere is slow when ... and more rapid when ...

这题在选的时候，在(C)和(D)之间很疑惑

我考虑的是
            动词比名词好

所以我当初不觉得transferring是分词

我知道有名词时就不要用分词，类似有flow就不要用the flowing

但我觉得这边的transferring放句首只是因为动词放句首那样所以看起来是现在分词的结构，整句讲起来其实是「在海洋和空气中转换热的这个过程」occurs…

强调它的动作性，再来就是语法笔记说(D)里的it指涉不清，但是按照句子的对等性：when the ocean is colder than the air and more rapidly when it is warmer.

句子排的很整齐，难道不能让这边的「it」排除众议的只指定the ocean吗？

既然你也知道it的指代有“众议”，那当然不对了。

另外我是学工程的，我想补充一点：heat是一种一直存在的东西，按照能量守恒原理，它可以转化为其它形式或转移到其它物体，但是heat本身不能occur或finish。

什么occur？答案是the transfer，这个过程。

从概念的准确性来说，看到各选项的主语就知道只有C可能对。
