正确答案为E没有问题。
我的疑问在于，一个宾语从句中如有并列成分（就如选项E），and后面主语如果和这个从句的前面主语不同，这时是否需加that呢？有没有这方面的规则？请NN赐教，感谢！！

lz是个热心人，我经常看到你帮别人答题，我也尝试给你一个解答吧

第一句：不能加that，因为后面的Results是源自the levels of bacteria in seawater at popular beaches be measured ，如果加that，变成并列，那突然冒出个result,读者会搞不明白。要知道，定冠词修饰的对象在句子一定要提前有出现，否则只能是一些专属的用法才能加定冠词

第二句：要加that，因为主语不同，如果不用that，就是and连接两个独立的句子，按照gmat习惯，and连接两个独立的句子，中间要用逗号隔开，这样一来，与前面的suggest又无法很好的联系

因此，单纯从语法上讲，加与不加都没啥问题，关键是逻辑意思要对
