E为正确选项，请教正确选项的句子成分，为什么可以接从句？为什么可以用would had done这种形式？

个人觉得哦。。。
这题你不要先看E的成分问题。。
A和B肯定要杀。。因为company是单数。。用they不行。。。
接下来D肯定要杀。。。因为previously和in the past重复。。。
在看C和E。。。
C不好在那个that指代不明啊。。。到底是指代前面的sales呢。。还是指代company呢。。。你说是不是。。。
所以选E

或者说would表示推测同求解

GMAT本来就不需要很懂的。。。很多人读句子读得糊里糊涂额。。也一样拿高分额。。。
