我选的D,答案是C，D为何不好？

D的问题时global warming不是be caused by 人类 who...; 而是由于人类的burning fossil fuels行为造成的
这个是GMAC常考的点：
往往要表达一个复杂意思作为一个整体对事物的影响，很好的结构是
sb's doing, with sb doing等模式，而不是把这个意思里的名词露出来
