这题选A，OG上说E选项than last year's不平行，要改为than last year与前面this year平行。last year's难道不能指last year's heating-oil prices，与前面的heating-oil price平行么？

我知道前面是个动作oil prices will rise higher，那么这里的比较能不能看做是last year's prices do，省略了do 呢？我记得在前面一个动作没有宾语的情况下比较可以这样省略的呀~

根据白勇语法，白勇把这种 E这种比较看成是结构上的不平行。

关于平行的双方的可比性我也很晕，呼唤NN出现。。。

那E选项，如果像你那样理解的话，句子中省略的do就指代的是rise，那句意也就变成了【今年油价涨得比去年高】；这就不是作者要的语义了。
那如果为了保留原语义，只能将结构理解为状语的比较。OG的解释就是基于这个假设（正确的语义）上说的，说这个状语结构比较不平行。。

不要这样。嗯。其实，真的有很多CDer的语法水平会比我强。
我只是对OG比较熟而已，而且我也只是经历过惨败后认识到“把语法点和逻辑”联系起来的重要性。
