请教大牛们关于having done的问题！！！

xdf说having done作定语必错，但在句首作状语就可以。。。。我很晕。。。谁有例句说明对错？
还有，v+having done，（中间没有逗号），是对是错？怎么区分。。。
最好个详细的关于having done的用法。。。。。感谢大牛们了。。。。。
