之前讨论过这个题目。

raising是说前面整句：swiss卖黄金这个事raising fears，不但是swiss。

考察点在分词放句尾的功能。
分词放在句末容易引起修饰歧义。（不知道修饰前面全句还是紧跟其前的名词。）

大多数情况下，分词在句末，一般修饰前面整句，表结果或伴随。
分词在句末修饰紧跟其前的名词，这种情况比较少。此时，一般是前面的句子为主系表结构，这种情况下，表语解释主语内容，属于同一范畴，所以分词此时也相当于修饰主语。在上面这一题中，主句不是主系表结构。

分词在句末常与which定从放在一起来考察。例如上面这题中的B。
which不能指代全句，分词可以，但此时如果使用分词要注意前面提到的可能的修饰歧义。

但是还是有点不太懂
我记得是后面ing是修饰前面主语+动词，修饰主句动词
这个句子的动词应该是recommend??
