来排除

persuade没有in doing的用法，GMAT里只有persuade to do

由a weakening of 知道，考察的是复杂性动名词的平行。复杂性动名词前一般都有冠词排除ADE C中用的是along with 不能表并列所以B是对的

考察的是平行结构，首先看到最后用的a weakening of，所以前面的大平行对应用a lowering of，看B和C选项，B中of interest rates和of fears构成小平行，C中along with没有平行，所以是B
