1.A中的clustered suburban houses前缺for。这里的for 如果省略的话会有歧义.
clustered suburban houses 是和 urban apartment houses 并列而不是和child-care facilities 并列.介词短语并列，介词不要省
BCE里用to include改变了原意，把原来对house的修饰改为了call for的目的。to include无法找到其动作执行者，逻辑关系有些模糊
B里的逗号也不应该有。
C with sth. done错误
D在形式上虽然不对称，但功能上是对称的这题的结构是call for A to do sth. and call for B with sth.
