觉得简洁，就选D了，看解释一个不符合习惯用法整的我没辙了~这考试遇到不就shi了·~中国人哪能知道老美它习惯撒呢~~~还有说有意思模糊·~求指教~

OG上有这道，确实就是E选项最符号concision原则。。

额，E还有个问题啊，two years和最高级lowest
虽然文章中用了july是month，那么24个月可以用最高级，可如果后面又跟了一个two years, 那么最高级lowest就容易让人产生歧义，因为lowest后面显然是加in 24 months比two years更合理。

那个July是修饰decrease的，没有歧义吧

我的理解是The July Decrease to a two-year low level

因为two-year是形容词，那么可以理解为“7月的减少到了某个低程度，并在这个程度上保持了2年”
这就和原文表达的意思不一致了

恩，应该可以理解成随便去掉最高级会让意思改变对吧~
