此题讨论已久，答案是B，个人认为这个地方的more than 是副词，修饰double，所以不存在比较对象要对等问题
但是OG上对D答案的解释是

Although this option is no ttechnically wrong,it is less clear and graceful than B.
并且对所有选项的分析中都没有提到that的指代问题，请问这个地方的that是否是个冗余成分，无指代，若有指代，指代何物呢~？

umm...sorry,偶前面说错了

对，这样的话确实重复，如果这样的话我个人认为that就没有指代了，因为纯语法上，前面没有合适的单数名词了

而且这里我以为用从句是好于名词的，并且more than doubling...也很奇怪，主要是doubling很奇怪。

如果把that 代进去则变成personal spending in the July-September quarter would more than double(personal spending of )the 1.4 percent growth rate in personal spending for the previous quarter. 很累赘。
