正确答案是A .但解释中说BCD错在最后那个it无指代，为什么不能理解成it指代了dollar啊？

请注意原文是dollars

GMAT中不可以指代原文中没有出现的主体（最好是主宾语或某个成分，连修饰用的名词指代都不推荐，更别说这种拆开的了）
