26.我认为选B，by 因为没有be deposited from 这种用法。而答案为c,在这里yet作adv.修饰that引导的同位语从句，我并不认为C有错。

12,实际是一个倒装，因为主语太长，所以放到后边。正确语序应为：the (theoretical) that (indiciduals) possess inalienable natural rights, (as stated) in the United Stats Declaration of Independence is （Derived) from the concept of natural law 。

26。根据意思，两分句间是因果关系，因此，不应用yet,应用therefor or thus.

12 的C是不是拼写错了?

26 C是错的, 不需要yet应该去掉
