答案选C，我看og一般用"two times","twice"等词来做比较时很多都接"as many/much as"的用法啊，或者用比较级“than”，本题的用法请NN们详解！非常感想！

首先，times做比较时的用法
1）X times+as+adij./adv.+as
2）X times+the+n.
3）X times more than

其次，分析句子结构
A new hair-growing drug is being sold for three times the price[, per milligram, ]that the drug’s maker charges () for another product with the same active ingredient.

per milligram是插入语。that定语从句，先行词price，从句中作为charges的宾语three times the price that the drug's maker charges

不过我有个问题，这个that改成which可以吗？不是通常来说非限定性从句优先which吗？

我也在想.....但是应该是不行的，that在这里是限定作用的，而which 非限定性，可有可无，这里面后面的去掉整个句子不完整阿.....

楼上说的有道理的，另外这里 that 前面的逗号是因为有了插入语，那么去掉插入语，逗号要跟着去掉。 the price that the drug’s maker charges for another product 。所以不是非限定性定语从句，

同意， price 需要限制性定语从句修饰，否则，the price 没有所指。。

three times the price that ……是个词组，三倍于……的价格。固定搭配。
