请问D中为何用“which made possible”？

A：it指代不明确。语法上讲应该是to mass-produce 的形式主语。但也看似指代industrial revolution.
B：没有谓语动词
C：their using不对
D：made sth adj / made adj sth, 看sth是不是很长。
E：and前没有并列动词
