不对，如果是两个主语的话and前要用逗号，原句是共用同一主语，所以and前不需要逗号。

我觉得补出了也不对。
因为its明显指代的是reputation。B其实是regains与declines并列，主语都为reputation。如果加了who，句子读出来就是
作曲家重新获得了他名声的地位，这还感觉不出来，但是换一下，比如我regain了我reputation的地位。逻辑意思都不太对了。
