题目: The economic forces which may affect thenew public offering of stock include sudden downturns in the market, hedging and other investor strategies for preventing losses, loosening the interest rates in Washington, and fearing that the company may still be undercapitalized.

划线部分是"looseing the interest rate.....undercapitalized."

答案是 a looseningof the interest rates in Washington,and a fear that the company may still be undercapitalized.

这里为什么要在 loosening 前加 a 呢?为什么hedging 前没有a 阿...看起来和前面部分不平行啊..

sudden downturns， hedging and other investor， a loosening ，and a fear是四个名词并列，这样才是正确的平行。looseing和 fearing 有ing形式做伴随状语的嫌疑
