it 应该是形式主语吧，指代to be an exptriate,类似it's difficult to do sth

如果是D,为什么不省略she呢？

OG只是认为第二个句子she开始，所以第一个句子最好是JB作为主语，所以排除其他选项，而OG根本就不提it这个句子。
