B 选项没有谓语动词了~E选项是倒装看后面的主语应该是~the rate at which trees grow

。。应该是单数主语所以没错~

E选项是倒装，因为among介词结构提前所以要倒装，正常语序应该是
The rate at which trees grow is believed to be among the surest indications on Earth of sunspot cycles
真正的主语是rate 所以 is 没有问题
