Do I need to retake GMAT

I just took the GMAT one week ago, and got 710 (Q50,V35). I am trying to catch the R1 deadlines for the schools I plan to apply (totally 6 to 7 top20 schools). My question is that for the following three months or so, should I retake GMAT or solely focus on my essays and other application materials?
My background is
Bachelor in Eng from top2 Univ in China (88/100)
Master in the same discipline in a US University (ranked around 25 on US news) 3.7/4.0
2.5 years WE in R&D at this moment
also earned another master degree in Industrial Engineering at a top engineering school in US 3.9/4.0
My short term goal is general management in a high tech/energy/manufacturing company and long term goal is pursuing entrepreneurship.

I am wondering if i should go phd directly instead of MBA, also not sure how I would deal with the tuition if i have to pay myself.

V35 is a little bit low. It is so called "unbalanced score".

If you aim for top 20 mba programs or even top 10 in the US, you may need to improve your verbal score.

问题是我准备在R1之前把7所学校的都提交了，不知道接下去的三个月花在重考GMAT上更值还是多花时间在essay上更值

RETAKE， It seems like your academic background is very good. Try to get GMAT above 750, you will probably have chance to go to TOP 10 school.
