句子意思不理解 its指代的是the restaurant company

Its sales have increased dramatically 指的是整体sales上升还是说新开张的上升

后半句说开张一年以上的sales下降，那于此对比的应该是说新开张的上升吧

这道题我跟你的困惑一样，希望哪位牛人可以指点一下~前面的 its sales与后面的its sales （at restaurants open for more than a year）指的不一样难道不算歧义吗？

所有的its都指 company呀。。。。
