但我看OG上面对于D解释道：The use of which is inappropriate here;
although it would still be rhetorically
inferior to the correct answer (C), this
version would be acceptable if the word
which were deleted.

所以如果真向OG所说，D把which去掉，那么was published ...and winning..., brought ，为什么也是一个可以接受的结构？？？

这里用了and , 就知道后面要跟一个和was published 平行的谓语动词，因为被隔开，所以可以明确这个Ving的modifier是来修饰后面的brought her the widest acclaim

句子上可以理解，但整个结构太恶心吧唧了

你的意思就是 was published brought并列的，winning用来修饰brought？？

看winning的位置，只能是修饰后面

想想Ving modifier放句首的形式

winning这个句子成为and后面句子的修饰结构，was published和brought并列；
其实和C的差别也就是把was published 和brought改成并列了
